Plain-English terms for a small, fixed-scope service.

These website terms describe the standard AI Profit Leak Audit. A short written proposal confirming scope, timing, payment and the contracting party will take precedence for each engagement.

Scope

The £995 ex VAT audit includes one recorded diagnostic of up to 60 minutes, a written action plan and one playback call of up to 30 minutes. It is advisory work, not software implementation, legal advice or a guarantee of financial performance.

Five-hour guarantee

If our completed audit cannot identify a credible path to returning at least five working hours per week, we will refund the audit fee. The guarantee concerns identified capacity, based on information supplied by the client. It does not guarantee adoption or realised savings after delivery.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, avoid sharing data you are not authorised to disclose, and retain responsibility for business and employment decisions. No automation should be placed into production without appropriate testing, access controls and human oversight.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due before the diagnostic session unless agreed otherwise. A session may be moved with at least one working day's notice. If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement, the fee is refunded.

Ownership and confidentiality

You own the final audit prepared for your business. We retain our underlying methods, templates and general know-how. Both sides agree to keep non-public business information confidential. We will not publish a case study or testimonial without permission.
